This silky, smooth and deliciously toasty ice cream tastes just like the scrumptious milk at the bottom of your cereal bowl. We use cereal is from our friends at Nature’s Path, it’s certified organic, non-GMO, and gluten-free. Although the cereal is certified gluten free – their establishment and ours are not gluten free facilities.
Our beloved salted chocolate rye cookie ice cream turned into a sammie, with a twist! Light chocolate ice cream is packed with rye cookie pieces and sandwiched between chocolate cake, with a layer of mocha fudge to seal it all together. A perfectly balanced chocolate-lover’s dream!
A holiday pie in ice cream sammie form! Spiced pumpkin ice cream base is speckled with pieces of cinnamon sugar crust, sandwiched between vanilla cake with a layer of sweet caramel to seal this sammie together.
A loaded sammie full of mini chips, fudge-y brownie chunks, chocolate fudge inside of a light chocolate ice cream base. Hints of coconut from the ice cream blend nicely into the chocolate-y sammie.
Inspired by the traditional Thumbprint Cookies, we took our vegan sugar cookie and blended it into our vegan coconut ice cream base, giving a rich dense textures. The ice cream is swirled with Summer Fruit Jam and has extra cookie chunks, added for a chewy pocket of cookie.

We tried to do an ice cream layering technique of two flavours twisted together – our vegan raspberry ice cream and our vegan apple cider – as a twist on a summer cider ice cream (only trace alcohol).
