We use organic Canadian cranberries, vanilla and a little more apple cider to make our tangy cranberry swirl sauce. This ice cream tastes bright, juice-y and lightly spiced – a heavenly combination.
Preserved Grape Puree from Jobst-Hof Orchards mixed with our coconut milk, resulting in a great balance between sweet and juicy. Coronation grapes, harvested in the early Fall, make a sweet and sour taste that bursts in the mouth.
