Cherry Cheesecake

For this spin on our original Blueberry Cheesecake ice cream, we sourced cherries from our friends at Jobst Hof Farms in the Okanagan Valley and used them in two different ways–as a sweet and sour cherry puree blended into the base and a cherry compote swirled throughout. To complete this decadent ice cream, we mix through house-made New York style lemon cheesecake squares for a tart ant tangy flavour combination.
