Key position responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Running shifts and leading the team through the day-to-day, ensuring the team is meeting deadlines and working efficiently, with a focus on maintaining high team morale
  • Conducting quality control of all prep, and ensuring food safety standards are upheld
  • Ordering ingredients, maintaining inventory and FIFO
  • Overseeing delivery of ingredients, meeting drivers, checking quality and quantity, putting away orders
  • Training new Production Assistants

  • Availability 4-5 days/week for a combination of 7 AM – 3 PM and 12 PM – 8 PM shifts, Monday through Saturday with the occasional Sunday
  • FoodSafe Certification
  • Comfortable with physical work; including lifting (20 kg), repetitive movement, and standing for long periods of time
  • Comfortable working in cold environments
  • Experience working in a kitchen environment
