The 2022 Events season is kicking off soon, and we’re looking for scoopers to work at private events, and our scoop shops at Frances St and Quebec St.

You care about creating exceptional experiences for our guests, every time they visit. You understand that each guest’s needs are unique and you are happy to go above and beyond to make someone’s day.


We’re serious about our ice cream, and you are too.  You take care and consideration when preparing each order. Your keen interest in learning about our flavours allows you to speak passionately about them with our guests.


You are ready to contribute to a young and exciting team, with sincerity, care and serious conviction. You care about the environment and social issues.

Responsibilities include:

  • Representing as an Earnest Ice Cream ambassador to events, community engagements, and shop locations around the Greater Vancouver Area/Lower Mainland
  • Scooping ice cream while representing Earnest values
  • Operating our POS, handling cash & credit/debit transactions
  • Opening and closing duties
  • Load-in, tear-down, and cleaning of event equipment

You Are:

  • An enthusiastic people person and a team player
  • Comfrotable with repetitive wrist movement (scooping)
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs, reasonable accommodations will be made for any employee when necessary
  • Food Safe certified (preferable)
  • Available for weekday evenings/weekends

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The starting wage for this position is $15.20 – $18.20/hr
  • Paid sick days
