Vegan Blueberry Oat Crumble
Inspired by our Vegan Blueberry Oat Crumble, we have made it into a sammie. The cake we used is a light and fruity vegan vanilla – using watermelon juice imparting a light pink hue + a fruity taste. Our silky coconut milk base ice cream is layered with lots of vibrant blueberry swirl sauce. Clusters of oat crumble are studded throughout the ice cream for a crunchy bite.
