*Note: there are some bits/strands of citrus zest that held together through cooking of the Blackberry Swirl Sauce – they look like little black strands after being cooked with the blackberries, but don’t be alarmed as it’s only zest! A vibrant blackberry compote studded with candied lemon zest is swirled into our silky coconut milk ice cream. Clusters of oat crumble are folded in for a crunchy bite. A fresh take on the classic baked fruit crumble!
