Vegan Blackberry Gin Sammie

We turned our Vegan Gin and Blackberry Ripple ice cream into a sandwich by wrapping it in our vegan lime cake.

We use small batch London Dry Gin from Long Table Distillery in Vancouver as the inspiration of this flavour. We start by steeping juniper into our coconut milk base to compliment the natural gin notes. We then splash in a little more gin in the base and swirl it with housemade blackberry citrus + gin jam to top off this flavour. The fragrant juniper and citrus notes complement the sweet jamminess of the blackberries.
