Strawberry Shortcake Sammie
A fresh take on a summer favourite – Strawberry Shortcake.
We made a strawberry jam from the strawberries grown on Mandair Farms in Abbotsford BC. We layered our Vanilla bean cake with more strawberry jam, swirled the jam into our vanilla ice cream base studded with extra cake and butter-y shortbead.

Shortbread Pieces (In Ice Cream): Organic Flour, Icing Sugar, Butter, Lemon Extract, Salt.
Ice Cream: Cream, Skim Milk, Sugar, Skim Milk Powder, Bourbon Vanilla, Egg Yolk, Locust Bean Gum, Guar Gum, Carrageenan
