Sous Chef Taylor has been longing for this nostalgic camp fire smore’s all year. With the fire ban he decided it had to be turned into an ice cream treat, campfire style. Inspired by smore’s over the fire during a camping trip and our Smore’s Seasonal Sundae we have made a few years ago.
We layered a graham cake with a layer of freshly made marshmallow, torched to add a hint of campfire flavour. A thick layer of chocolate ice cream and a layer of fudge sauce bring this sammie together into one bite.
