Espresso Flake

We steep local espresso coffee grounds in milk and strain away the coffee grounds, then add the concentrate to our ice cream base. House-made dark chocolate chips made with ground coffee are added during the spinning. Warm and intense, the mellower milkiness of the espresso contrasts nicely with the more intense dark chocolate espresso chips!

Milk Chocolate

It tastes like your favourite milk chocolate bar made into a luscious ice cream. It’s creamy, sweet but not too sweet and deliciously chocolatey!

Tahitian Vanilla

This flavour has been a core since day one. Our pure vanilla extract is sourced from premium slow-grown, sun-cured vanilla beans of the “Tahitian” variety. The flavour from the beans is cold-extracted to preserve its complex bouquet. These vanilla beans are brighter and more floral than the rounder, woodsier Madagascar variety.

Ice cream for breakfast – we think so! Simple comforting flavour made with lots of oats and brown sugar, which are cold-steeped in our ice cream base so they soften. Halfway between a bowl of cereal and a cookie, but in the form of ice cream. Friendly and comforting!
