A bright sammie of Vanilla cake – with hints of lime and apple, sandwiched around our Vegan Strawberry Ice Cream. Classic and simple

Bright vegan strawberry ice cream is studded with chunks of vegan chocolate brownie and rippled with rich fudge sauce. This sammie is fresh, fruity, and decadent, a perfectly balanced treat!

Memories of summer berries mixed with a cream hint of the tropics with the coconut base. Similar to strawberries and cream; with an all plant based twist.

We tried to do an ice cream layering technique of two flavours twisted together – our vegan raspberry ice cream and our vegan apple cider – as a twist on a summer cider ice cream (only trace alcohol).

Memories of our 2017 and 2018 Candy Candy Crackle Sundae. We brought it back as a sammie. This sammie is made with a creamy coconut ice cream base, with small pieces of organic candy cane pieces throughout. There is a thin layer of chocolate peppermint fudge to help elevate the mint from the candy canes.

This bright and citrusy sammie is the perfect treat for these hot summer days! Light and creamy vanilla base is swirled with vibrant orange jelly, plus an extra layer on top adds a lovely jelly texture and an extra pop of orange flavour. Sandwiched between soft orange-vanilla cake, this sammie screams creamsicle!

A vegan take on a nostalgic lemon poppyseed loaf. Blueberry compote is added as a light layer of bursting berry flavour to complement the Lemon Ice Cream. The ice cream and cake contain organic turmeric to add a pop of colour.
