Lemon Tart

This flavour originated as a sundae, but it was so scrumptious that we had to make it into an ice cream!
Buttery, flaky pie crust pieces and a tangy lemon curd swirl in vanilla ice cream make for a balance of sweet, tart, creamy, and crispy in each bite.
