EVR Ghost Chocolate

This unusual and unique ice cream is made with East Van Roasters leftover cacao shells (the outside of the cacao bean) which would otherwise be wasted!

We use the cacao shells just like we would a tea; steeping them in our ice cream base. It results in a delicious, grown-up and light chocolate flavour.

East Van Roasters sources their cacao beans from the Pangoa Co-op in Peru, which are organic and fair trade.
