A play on the sundae from 2019, made in vegan form. Our creamy yet tart vegan lemon base is swirled with sweet strawberry coulis – made from local strawberries from Mandair Farms! Another layer of strawberry is added for an extra pop of fruitiness and to seal it all together between soft vegan vanilla cake. A delicious, classic combination for a balanced tangy treat!
