Vegan PB & Huckleberry Jam Sammie

Back to school 90’s style involved LOTS of peanut butter sandwiches for lunch. These are our nostalgic memories turned into an ice cream sandwich.

Layers of our Sweet Bread Cake – with hints of vanilla and soy surround our smooth and creamy Peanut Butter Ice Cream base. In the centre is a thick line of Huckleberry Jam to add a little something special from our local farmers.

The Huckleberry Jam is made in house with a blend of huckleberries, blackberries and blueberries from our local farmers. The bright and tart taste of the jam pops against the creamy peanut butter base.
