Vegan Chocolate Dulce Swirl

Inspired by a BOH summer employee. It is made with our vegan chocolate base and a vegan dulce de leche sauce. Dulce de leche is traditionally made by slowly heating condensed milk until it becomes a thick caramel. Our vegan version is made by slowly heating coconut cream and vegan brown sugar (made from vegan sugar and molasses) until it dissolves and reduces to a caramel like sauce. This dulce sauce is swirled through the ice cream after it has been spun.
