Sweet Cream

Launched in 2017 in response to the world-wide vanilla shortage, caused by a series of hurricanes decimating the crops in Madagascar (the main vanilla producing region). This rendered our Tahitian Vanilla an unsustainable flavour. Sweet Cream is simply our ice cream base turned directly into ice cream – no additives and no processing. Ice cream in its purest form, Sweet Cream showcases BC dairy’s creaminess and complexity.
