Strawberry Shortcake Sammie

A light “whipped cream” ice cream is achieved by blending mascarpone cheese into our vanilla base. Bright strawberry jam is swirled throughout, along with bites of soft vanilla cake for a lovely mix of textures. Sealed between more vanilla cake with an extra layer of strawberry jam, this sammie is a perfectly sweet and fruity treat!
