Sour Cherry Goat Cheese
This flavour is made with sour cherry puree from Jobst-Hof farm in the Okanagan, and goat cheese from The Farmhouse Natural Cheeses: a grass-fed, family dairy in the Fraser Valley. We reduce the cherry puree with sugar, and then add the puree to ice cream base with goat cheese and blend it all together. Very rich, tart, and sour, with pops of goat cheese that aren’t too strong, but distinct enough for a burst of flavour.
