Rhubarb Oat Crumble

We soak our locally sourced rhubarb in sugar overnight, then slow roast it with some red wine, rosé wine and vanilla to intensify the colour and flavour. We mix this in with our ice cream base and then add house-made oat crumble, made from baking oats with brown sugar and butter until it is lightly golden!
