Easter isn’t complete without mini eggs, so we decided to (finally!) get them into our ice cream. Naturally coloured and flavoured mini eggs in a (natural) light blue malt ice cream. Its creamy, crunchy, chocolate-y and colourful – the perfect Spring flavour!
Organic corn puff cereal from Nature’s Path is coated in a thin layer of chocolate before being folded into our light peanut butter base. The resulting ice cream is creamy and nutty with lovely crunchy bites throughout.
Honeycrisp and Gala apples are roasted with brown sugar and bourbon to give a lovely caramelized flavour. Swirled into a lightly spiced oat-coconut base, along with generous handfuls of oat crisp inclusion. Like a warm apple crisp a la mode!
Inspired by our Toasted Marshmallow Ice Cream – house-made marshmallows are toasted and blended into our ice cream base for a smoky, caramel-like flavour. Paired with chocolate cake and a layer of fudge, this combination is reminiscent of s’mores – toasty, gooey, chocolatey goodness!
Inspired by our flavour of the same name – this sammie features creamy oat-coconut base teeming with bright strawberry-rhubarb ripple. Sandwiched with pink strawberry cake and an extra layer of the sweet-tart compote to create a fresh and fruity treat to celebrate our local, flavourful fruit!
