Ricotta and cream cheese are combined in the base to achieve the right cheesy flavour, with orange zest adding a pop of brightness to balance. Mini chocolate chips and pieces of crunchy (gluten free!) cannoli shell are sprinkled throughout for lovely bites of texture.
