Bourbon Peach

Tastes like a peach cobbler–oh so satisfying! We use fresh peaches from our friends at Jobst Hof Orchard, a family operated orchard in the beautiful Okanagan Valley. The peaches are rinsed, cored and cut, and then roasted with sugar and cinnamon. These are then blended into our ice cream base with sugar, bourbon, vanilla, and salt. The bourbon really makes the peaches shine!
