If you’re looking for donations for your event, project, or organization, please read through the guidelines and complete our Donation Request form. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can!

Donation Request Guidelines:

We make decisions about donations based on our core values as a company.

Are you requesting a donation for an environmental initiative? We look for projects that reduce carbon footprints, actively take on waste reduction and recycling, support education and action on climate change.
Is your request for a local, place-based project? We support local farmers, foodies, foragers and chefs, and care about providing good food to the people of this bioregion, treating plants and animals right, and offering educational opportunities around local food.
Would our donation help to address income inequality? We support projects that work to close the growing gap between rich and poor, and initiatives that support people marginalized by poverty.
Are we in your neighbourhood? We support projects happening in the neighbourhoods surrounding our shops. We have a soft spot for local arts programs, schools, and nonprofits that make a positive impact in the community.

Please keep in mind that the majority of the donations we can offer are gift cards and other door/raffle prizes. We are also sometimes able to offer ice cream to events that want to scoop/serve themselves and, occasionally, we can provide a team to help with scooping.

We have a fixed budget for donations each month. Please try to make all donation requests at least 2 weeks ahead of time.

If you’re requesting a team of scoopers for your event, we need at least 3-4 weeks of notice. Please keep in mind, we’re more likely to be able to meet your request if you don’t need a team of scoopers.
