The 2025 Events season is kicking off soon, and we're looking for Scoopers to work at private events, while based out of our Frances St location! Please note that applicants for this position must hold a valid BC Class 5 Driver's License.

You are ready to contribute to a young and exciting team, with sincerity, care and serious conviction. You care about the environment and social issues.

Responsibilities include:

  • Representing as an Earnest Ice Cream ambassador to events, community engagements, and shop locations around the Greater Vancouver Area/Lower Mainland
  • Scooping ice cream while representing Earnest values
  • Opening and closing duties
  • Load-in, tear-down, and cleaning of event equipment

You Are:

  • An enthusiastic people person and a team player
  • Comfortable with repetitive wrist movement (scooping)
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs, reasonable accommodations will be made for any employee when necessary
  • FoodSafe certified (required)
  • Available for weekday evenings/weekends
  • Have a class 5 drivers licence 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The starting wage for this position is $20.40/hour
