Vegan Hojicha Tahini Brownie Sammie

Hojicha is roasted green tea, giving it warm, earthy notes – we get ours from Aiya, a Japanese family owned and operated tea company based in Nishio, Japan.
This tea powder is blended into our vegan coconut-oat milk base for a creamy, hojicha latte flavour profile. Tahini (sesame) brownies are sprinkled through the ice cream for a delightfully nutty, fudgey bite. A thin layer of fudge ties this sammie together, balancing the toasty, creamy ice cream with warm chocolate accompaniments.
