Strawberry Velvet

The Earnest take on red velvet, with a splash of fruitiness. Cream cheese ice cream swirled with strawberry sauce, pieces of house-made velvet cake, and bits of freeze-dried strawberry.
Decadent yet perfectly balanced, this flavour is a wonderful symphony of textures and flavours. (We don’t use artificial colours so our velvet cake is not a vibrant red, but the strawberries give it a visual redness while adding a delightful bright fruitiness to offset the sweet cheesy base.)
